What time can I check in?

Check-in is from 2:30 PM. If you arrive earlier, we’ll happily store your bags at reception and you can enjoy the restaurant or hotel grounds.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is before 11:00 AM. Late check-out (up to 2:00 PM) is possible on request subject to availability — €30 surcharge.

What are the reception hours?

Our reception is open every day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For a late arrival, please contact us in advance at +352 27 80 78 — we’ll arrange a secure key drop.

Is there parking?

Yes, a free, secure private car park is available to all our guests. Spaces for cars, bikes and motorcycles. EV charging stations on request.

Do you offer a shuttle or transfer service?

We arrange transfers on request to and from Luxembourg station, Luxembourg-Findel airport or Trier. Indicative rates: central station €45, airport €55. Booking 48 hours in advance.

Can I drop off my bags before check-in?

Yes, luggage storage is free and available throughout the day, before or after your stay. Feel free to explore the region in the meantime.

Equipment, comfort and special requests

Is WiFi free?

Yes, free high-speed WiFi (fibre, 500 Mbps) in all rooms and common areas. The access code is given to you at reception.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

All our rooms have individual reversible air conditioning (heating/cooling), a flat-screen TV with international channels, mini-bar, safe and private bathroom.

Can I request a baby cot or extra bed?

Yes — baby cots (up to 2 years) free on request. Extra bed for a child €25/night, for an adult €35/night, subject to room capacity. Please specify at the time of booking.

Are there accessible rooms?

Yes, our Superior Triple Room has an accessible bathroom. Lift to all floors. Accessible parking right at the entrance.

How often is the room cleaned?

Daily housekeeping from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you’d prefer not to be disturbed or wish to save water and linen (EcoLabel approach), please use the Do not disturb sign or let reception know.

What are the breakfast hours?

Buffet 7:00 – 10:30 AM daily. Local and organic produce: fresh bread, homemade pastries, regional charcuterie, eggs to order, seasonal fruits, farm yogurts, gluten-free and vegan options available. Included in most of our rates (otherwise €18 per person).

Can I book a table at Restaurant Le Grill?

Yes, our restaurant is open to the public 7 days a week. Lunch 12:00 – 2:00 PM, dinner 6:30 – 9:30 PM. Reservations recommended on weekends and in high season: +352 27 80 78.

Do you offer room service?

Room service is available during restaurant hours (lunch and dinner). A light menu is available from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM (sandwiches, cold plates, desserts). €5 supplement per order.

How do I access the sauna and hammam?

Our wellness area is bookable at reception. Rates: €15/person sauna, €20/person hammam. Bathrobe and towel provided, 1-hour private slots.

Can you prepare a lunch box for hikes?

Yes! Ordered the day before by 8:00 PM, your hiker lunch box (sandwich, fresh fruit, snack bar, drink, treat) is ready for €12 per person. Vegetarian option available.

House rules and special requests

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, pets are welcome (€15/night supplement). Please let us know when booking. Bowls and basket provided on request. Pets not allowed in the restaurant or wellness area.

Are children welcome?

Of course — we love welcoming families. Children’s menu at the restaurant, free baby cot, board games at reception, playground nearby.

Are there smoking rooms?

No, the hotel is entirely non-smoking in accordance with Luxembourg law. A smoking area is set up outside near the terrace. Smoking in a room = €150 penalty.

Is there a curfew / quiet hours?

No curfew, but we ask that you respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM out of consideration for other guests. Rooms are well soundproofed.

Can I book the hotel for a group or event?

Yes — weddings, seminars, company retreats, birthdays. Partial or full privatisation on request. Contact us at info@lebonrepos.lu for a personalised quote.

Payment & cancellation

Rates, cards and cancellation policy

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash (EUR). Cheques not accepted. Business invoicing on request with all legal details.

Is a deposit required at booking?

For flexible rates, we ask for a 30% deposit on booking (refundable on compliant cancellation). Non-refundable rates are charged in full at booking with a 10% discount.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival on flexible rates. After that, the first night is charged. Non-refundable rates: no cancellation. We recommend travel insurance for any stay of more than 3 nights.

Can I modify my booking?

Yes, free modification up to 48 hours before arrival (dates, number of guests, room type subject to availability). Contact us directly at +352 27 80 78.

Is the tourist tax included?

The Consdorf municipality applies a tourist tax of €2 per adult per night (maximum 7 nights), paid on site. Not due for under 18s or business stays invoiced to the employer.
