The good taste of Mullerthal terroir
In a bright dining room with an open kitchen, the Chef revisits Luxembourg’s seasonal classics with a modern twist. Grilled meats take centre stage: tender house-glazed spare ribs, pink duck breast, butcher’s rib steaks from Berdorf.
On the fish side, grilled salmon and trout from local ponds. The menu changes weekly based on deliveries from neighbouring farms and the market. Homemade pasta, fresh-baked bread, pastry desserts — everything is prepared on-site.
On sunny days, the shaded terrace opens onto the garden and the heights of the Mullerthal. The perfect way to wind down after a hike or a round of golf in Christnach.
